What an amazing post, I truly enjoyed reading every part of it! I have found that once a chimney is put into place, it helps if you have it cleaned regularly by an expert. Cleaning it yourself is a pretty hefty project and you may not even know if you are getting it cleaned entirely unless it's done by an expert.
